In mid-1998, the Kids to Adults (K-A) rating was rebranded to Everyone (E). Starting in games from late 1999, the video game commercials now require the announcer to say the ESRB ratings, regardless of which content the video game products are suitable for. In 2003, the ESRB ratings were facelifted, with the Everyone 10+ rating being introduced in 2005. They were still used in some box arts and trailers in 2013.
